* Emotional regulation: How to recognize the size of a problem and have a 'just right' size reaction. * Perspective taking: Sharing space and ideas with those around you. * Thinking about others: Recognizing that how you act or react can change how those around you feel.

Cancellation Policy

Because of the nature of group work, groups will run even when another student isn't able to make it. In the event of a snow day, we will do our best to reschedule the missed group on another day or extend the length of session(s) to make up the difference.
