SKILL COACHING FOR ADULTS
Support, strategies, and accountability
for you and your ADHD brain.
During our first session, we will identify your executive functioning strengths and challenges and develop goal(s) that answer the question: If you could wave a magic wand, what thing(s) would you be able to do with more ease and less support?
The remainder of our sessions will focus on achieving your goal(s) while interrupting your past patterns and developing new routines and systems for success.
During our time together, be prepared to hear from me regularly. I will serve as your judgement-free accountability partner as you put your new skills into action.

Initial goal-setting session
8 one-hour sessions over the course of 12-weeks
Regular accountability checks
Support in educating your spouse, parents, kids, friends, or employer with regard to how ADHD works in your brain
Final session to review your goal(s) and the strategies that work for you and your brain
